Haven't got any vinegar in the house? The 18 month matured vinegar flavour of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce is a great tasting substitute for your cooking or on your fish and chips
Fancy making your own dipping sauce or dressing? Mix equal amounts of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and Amoy Light Soy Sauce with some chopped coriander for the perfect dip or dressing.
You've probably never thought of putting Lea & Perrins on a salad, but give it a try. Get a nice green leaf salad, add some cherry tomatoes and some sliced spring onion, and cover with a drizzle of olive oil and some splashes of Lea & Perrins
Fancy being a bit more adventurous with your fish and chips...try replacing the salt and vinegar with some big splishes of Lea and Perrins. You can always try it on one chip first if you aren't convinced, but we know you'll love it!
The old ones are the best. Spaghetti Bolognaise was just about invented for Lea & Perrins. Pour it in to the mince whilst it is simmering away (be generous with it), and add a nice big splash just before you serve it up!
Splash Worcestershire sauce into your baked beans whilst heating, lovely!
Bake potatoes in their skins and when cooked, remove the flesh, mix in a bowl with grated cheese, butter and a splash of Lea and Perrins. Stuff back in the skins and reheat in the oven. Yumm!
Did you know?
First made in Worcester, L&P is the original Worcestershire Sauce!
